Our chickens are put out on grass pastures in these mobile coops. They are moved onto fresh grass daily. They have free access to forage in the grass and are given a specialized non-GMO, chemical free feed. Water lines in the pasture supply them with deep well water. Fresh air and soil and constant movement makes for a healthy, happy bird.
Our Black Angus cattle are moved onto grids of fresh grass in sequence with the chickens. They eat the grass down so the chickens can utilize the pasture better. In turn the chickens fertilize the grasses. Intensively working the pastures in this way regenerates the soil vitality while providing the animals with the optimum nutrition.
This our main farm building or Big Green Barn from which we take care of our property, the animals on the ranch and our customers. It's a handy marker; you can't miss it!
